If the motor is not running:
• Is the Pellenc battery switched on?
• Is the Pellenc battery fully charged?
• Is the screw for the safety switch on the fan screwed in?
If necessary, replace the defective switch. Tighten the
wing screw and/or wing nuts so that the fastening collar
of the suction nozzle keeps the switch pressed down.
• Is the main fuse (30A) in the fuse holder intact?

Is the 20A flat fuse in the wiring harness intact?
In case of insufficient suction power:
• Collecting bag full?
• Collecting bag dirty or clogged?
Clean or wash the collection bag regularly.
• Suction nozzle or suction hose blocked?
•
Switch off the engine and wait for the engine to stop.
• Only then remove the suction nozzle and remove the
material. Wear protective gloves.
• Fan clogged, impeller blocked.
Switch off the engine and wait for it to stop.
Only then remove the suction nozzle and remove the
material. For better accessibility, the turbine cover can
also be removed. Wear protective gloves for this.
Stiff zip:
•
Is the zip stiff?
Clean the zip fastener with a strong brush and soapy
water, dry and treat with talcum powder.
Maintain the zip regularly with talcum powder.
DANGER:
Before working on the machine, switch off the
ignition, switch off the battery and disconnect it.
Risk of serious injury.
Attention:
Waste that has blocked the machine
may contain sharp-edged glass or
ceramic fragments and metal parts.
Sharp edges may be present in the
device.
Always wear protective gloves when working on
the turbine and when removing blockages.
Risk of injury from sharp edges.
