Clean the collecting bag regularly, daily if possible.
Dry cleaning the dry collecting bag
• The dry collecting bag can be brushed or tapped out.
To do this, leave the appliance running at idle speed.
Caution
: Do not breathe in the dust that is produced;
protect yourself with a suitable face mask.
Wet cleaning the dry collecting bag
• Leave the collection bag on the unit and start the en-
gine. The collecting bag will now inflate.
• Open the zip by approx 15 cm.
• Now you can easily spray out the collecting bag from
the inside with the lance of a high-pressure cleaner or
with a hose.
• If you leave the engine running for a short time after
spraying out the collecting bag, it will dry quickly.
You can also clean the collecting bag in a water bath
or have it cleaned by a commercial cleaner. Rub the
zip with talcum powder after cleaning to ensure proper
functioning.
