As you slide in the output tray, there may be slight resistance and noise. This is normal.

Pull out the upper paper cassette. The upper cassette is labeled as shown.

Note:

If the cassette is too far inside the product to reach, turn off your product and turn it back on

again to reset the cassette's position.
