Cause
Solution and reference
Poor cable connection.
Check the cables connected to the printer and computer, as well as the power
supply cables.
Unplug the cables, and then plug them back in.
Change the cables.
Using a USB Hub
Try connecting the printer directly to the computer.
Change the connection port on the
computer.
Try changing the connection port on the computer.
