The customer display does not appear

Cause

The customer display is not connected.
Check the connection between the customer display and the cable.
DIP switch 2-2 on the printer is OFF.
Set DIP switch 2-2 on the printer to ON.

drawer port specifications are not cor-
rect.
Use the TM-H6000V Utility to check operation.
At this time, check the pin number of the signal.
Set the pin number for opening the printer as indicated in the drawer specifi-
cations.
