Paper Jam Problems - Rear Manual Feed Tray

If paper has jammed in the rear manual feed tray, try these solutions:

1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.

2. Press the

paper/cancel button to eject the paper from the back of the product.

3. Carefully remove the jammed paper as shown.

4. After removing the paper, press the

paper/cancel button again to clear the error.

5. If you are unable to remove the paper, turn the product off and slowly pull the paper out.

If you are still unable to remove the paper or clear the error, contact Epson for support.
