11) Click the Bi-directional adjustment to adjust the Bi-directional printing
alignment.
In the following menu, click the “Print” button to start the Bi-directional
check pattern printing.

12) Select the most aligned pattern number in the printed pattern and input the
number in the following menu.

13) Click on the “Input” button after a suitable pattern number has been
entered to store the value in the printer. Then, press the “Print” button and
confirm the results of the reprinted check pattern.
14) Repeat Step 11) to Step 13) to adjust the Bi-directional print alignment
completely.
If you exit this Bi-directional print alignment program, click the “Complete”
button on the above figure or click the “Top Menu ”button.
15) Click the “Top Menu” button to exit the program.

P O I N T
The current setting is printed at the center of the 3 kinds of
the Bi-d adjustment pattern. So, check the center pattern
and select the most aligned pattern number.
Track Bar Setting
Purpose:
F or effective usage of paper, use this setting w hen
you print the B i-d pattern and the N ozzle check pattern m ultiple
tim es on the sam e paper. A fter the first check pattern is printed,
the paper w ill be autom atically m oved to the position (according
to the value set on the Track B ar) w here the second pattern
should be printed. For the third and m ore check patterns, the
printer w ill detect the correct position autom atically.
Setting:
W hen printing the Bi-d pattern, set the value to 16
(R ecom m ended S cale P osition: 16). W hen printing the N ozzle
check pattern, set the value to 5 (R ecom m ended S cale
P osition: 5).
W arning:
E ach tim e you set paper on the A SF , m ake sure to
feed the paper in the sam e direction w ith the sam e side up.
