Character Tables
The printer comes with an installed set of character tables.
However, when printing from Windows and most DOS
software programs, the printer prints the characters you see on
screen and does not use its built-in character tables. Unless
you’re printing from a DOS program, and cannot print the
character you need, you should never have to change the
character table.
Note:
You never need to select the printer’s character tables or fonts when
using the printer with a Macintosh.
