6. Click the
Setup
button; you then see the following dialog
box.
7. Click the
Selected PPD
button and scroll down to select the
PPD (PostScript Printer Description file) for each printer.
Then, click
OK.
If you use a color printer, change
Color Correction
to
PostScript” calibrated color.
If you want to see only the PPD filenames, click
Show PPD
Nick Names
to erase the check.
If you need to cancel the PPD you previously selected, click
the
Forget Printer
button.
8. Close the
Chooser.
The system then displays a message
warning you that you need to change settings in the
Page
Setup
menu.
9. Click
OK
to close the message dialog box.
