  turn eccentric bolt into position 

unclamped                          

                                

(counterclockwise, up to the stop) 
 

  slide the PSC-holder into the location hole up to the stop                                     

(distance tool / hole < 0,5 mm) 
 

  turn eccentric bolt clockwise up to the stop;                                                              

at first, the growing retarding force of the spring can be noticed; then the rotating 
motion is briefly without noticeable retarding force; finally the stop is distinctly 
noticeable.                                                                                                                  
The pull-in force is caused by the spring of the clamping unit, not by the tightening 
torque of the eccentric bolt.    

 

4   Operation 

 

 

Always consider the following points: 

 

 

 

The manual clamping unit PSC SVC is only designed for static operation -  

 

 

no rotation allowed!                                                                                              

 

 

Only use technically perfect tools!
