Alkaline Water Selection Button Levels One Through Four:
Touch these sensors to produce alkaline water (water with a pH greater than 7.0). Continue
touching the sensor to increase or decrease the pH level of alkaline water to be produced.
If the voice prompt is turned on, it will announce to you what level of alkaline water is being
produced. There are four preset alkaline water levels or steps: first step = pH 8.5, second step =
pH 9.0, third step = pH 9.5 and fourth step = pH 10.0.
This button is also used to increase levels you are adjusting in the Mode.

Turbo Strong
Turbo Function:
Press the alkaline water button for three seconds to enter into the
Turbo mode. 11 pH will be displayed.
The turbo function allows users to create the strongest alkaline and
acidic water simultaneously, which should be used for cooking,
cleaning, sterilizing and disinfecting.

4. Alkaline Water Level # 2 Adjustment:
Alkali and pH will blink on the screen. It's the same instructions as programming alkaline water
level #1 except the numbers displayed will be between 19 and 38. 19 is the weakest for this
level and 38 is the strongest.

5. Alkaline Water Level #3 Adjustment:
Same instructions as the other two levels except the numbers are now between 39 and 57. 39 is
the weakest and 57 is the strongest.

6. Alkaline Water Level #4 Adjustment:
Same instructions as the other three levels except the numbers are now between 58 and 76. 58
is the weakest and 76 is the strongest.

7. Ampere Calibration:
Ampere Calibration is to be performed only by the manufacturer. Do not make adjustments.
