Attention:
Before using the appliance, thoroughly clean all of parts that will come into contact with food.
•
Whilst in use, place the appliance on a flat, smooth, and dry surface.
•
Put the food to be sliced on the apposite base (F).

Insert the grip arm (I) on the carriage moving handle (B), Fig. 1, and lock food in place by lower-

Adjust the slicing thickness using the relevant lever (A), which allows to change the position of
the gauge plate (H) defining the thickness to be cut.

At this stage, gripping the carriage moving handle (B) and the arm flap (I) with both hands, use
the arm (I) to move food closer to the gauge plate (H) and then proceed with slicing by moving
the carriage (E) backwards and forwards towards the blade (G).
Attention:
For a correct use of the appliance, push the carriage (E) as evenly as possible and constantly main-

Attention:
Do not force the food excessively towards the gauge plate (H).
Attention:
When removing the slices cut, take the utmost care not to injure yourself on the still rotating
blade. We recommend the use of kitchen tongs.
