IPv6 Settings
Link-Local Address
Check this if you want to use a Link-Local Address. A Link-Local Address is a network address that is valid for commu-
nications within the network segment or the broadcast domain that the host is connected to.
IP Address
Displays the IPv6 IP Address of this device.
Subnet Prefix Length
Displays the IPv6 Subnet Prefix Length of this device.
Gateway
Displays the IPv6 Default Gateway of this device. Leave it blank if you are unsure of this setting.
Primary/Secondary DNS
Displays the primary/secondary DNS address for this device. DNS stands for Domain Name System, which refers to a
naming system for computers, services, or other resources connected to a private network or the Internet.
