2. 外部から調節できる「B」側逃し弁が付いていない旧型の場
合、ボール、ガイド、バネ(部品 36、37、38 - 図1)を本体
底部(部品34 - 図1)から取り付けます。
3. 外部から調節できる「B」側逃し弁が付いている新型の場
合、ボール、ガイド、バネ(部品 36、37、38 - 図1)を本体
上部(部品34 - 図1)から取り付けます。次に、セットネジ
(部品75 - 図1)、銅製ガスケット、薄ナット、袋ナット(部
品70、71、76 - 図1)を取り付けます。
4. Oリング(部品44、45)を付けて、マニホールド(部品33 – 図
1)を本体底部(部品34 – 図1)に取り付けます。ソケットヘ
ッドネジ(部品40 – 図1)を取り付ける前に、少量のグリー
スをネジ部に塗布します。13-16 Nm[10-365.76 cm-lbs]ト
ルクで締め付けます。
5. 戻りチューブとガスケット（表示なし）を取り付けます。
6. 4個のソケットヘッドキャップネジ（部品176 - 図1）を使
用して、弁アセンブリをポンプに取り付けます。
逃し弁の設定
1. 0-1034 bar[0-15000 psi]の圧力計を「A」ポートに取り付
けます。
2. 0-413 bar[0-6000psi]の圧力計を「B」ポートに取り付けま
す。
3. 逃し弁ロックナット(部品26 - 図4)を緩めます。
4. 逃し弁ノブを右に回し、バネの圧力を感じたところで止めま
す。
5. ポンプを運転しながらペンダントの前進ボタンを押し、「
A」ソレノイドに通電します。逃し弁のノブは、圧力を上げ
るときは右に回し、下げるときは左りに回します。
6. 必要な圧力設定が得られたら、ロックナット(部品 26 - 図
4)を締めて設定を固定します。締めすぎないようにしてく
ださい。
7. 外部から調節できる「B」側リリーフ弁が付いていない弁ア
センブリの場合：ペンダントの前進ボタンを解除し、「B」
ポートの圧力計の読みを確認します。
各バルブに適用される戻し圧力(「B」ポート)の設定につい
ては、2ページの一番上の表を参照してください。圧力の読
みが表に記載された許容範囲内でない場合、バネ(部品38
– 図1)を交換します。
8. 外部から調節できる「B」側リリーフ弁が付いた弁アセンブ
リの場合：ペンダントの前進ボタンを解除し、「B」ポート
の圧力計の読みを確認します。
各バルブに適用される戻し圧力(「B」ポート)の設定につい
ては、2ページの一番上の表を参照してください。圧力の読
みが表に記載された許容範囲内でない場合、バネ(部品38
– 図1)を交換します。手順a ～cに従います。
a.
9/16"(1.42cm) ソケットレンチを使用して袋ナット(部
品71 - 図1)を外し、薄ナット(部品76 - 図1)を緩めま
す。これにより、調整セットネジ(部品 75 - 図1)が露
出します。
b.
5/32"(0.396cm)アレンレンチを使用して、調整セットネ
ジ(部品75 - 図1)を右に回して圧力を上げるか、左に回
して下げます。0.396cm(5/32")アレンレンチで調整セッ
トネジ(部品 75 - 図1)を適当な位置に保持しながら、
薄ナット(部品76 - 図1)を6-8 Nm[5-6 ft-lbs]トルクで
締め付けます。

袋ナット(部品71

図1)を再取り付けし、
1.429cm(9/16")ソケットレンチを使用して7-8
Nm[5-6
ft-lbs]トルクで締め付けます(ネジ山が壊れるので、締
めすぎないようにしてください)。圧力設定を確認し、
必要に応じて調整してください。
警告：人身傷害を避けるため、カップリングを外し
た状態でポンプを運転しないでください。運転する
前に、カップリングを外した部分にすべて金属製ダ
ストキャップを取り付けてください。
