Duties of the Safety Supervisor
1.
To ensure that the system is only used as specified in the local rules
and operators manual.
2.
To implement any clinic registration requirements as required.
3.
To report any adverse incidents to the Clinic Managers.
4.
Ensure that all users of the system are adequately trained and
understand all procedures related to using the ULTRA™ System.
5.
To monitor the list of authorised users.
6.
To encourage on-going clinical staff training.
7.
To encourage the use of written treatment protocols.
