Remove the protective covers from the Male and Female ends of the Power Plug.

Please keep these protective covers with the Standard Support Equipment; they will be utilized periodically
throughout this entire process.

Male Plug – Single Blue Line

Female Plug – Single Blue Line & Single Red Line

Insert the Male and Female ends together, aligning the alignment tabs with their corresponding slots.

Twist the Male Plug clockwise until it stops (
refer to 2.4.1.3. Table
).

A properly seated connection will cover the Single Red Line on the Female Plug.

Once connected, the tool is powered up.

When the DdL™ Caliper Tool is not in use, keep the tool powered down by verifying that the Male and Female Plugs are
disconnected, and the protective covers are installed on both Plugs.
