6.2 Function check
Make sure that all final checks have been completed before you start up your measuring point:

6.3 Switching on the measuring device
Once the connection checks (see Page 51) have been successfully completed, it is time
to switch on the power supply. The device is now operational.
The measuring device performs a number of post switch-on self-tests. As this procedure
progresses the following sequence of messages appears on the local display:
Normal measuring mode commences as soon as start-up completes. Various measured-value
and/or status variables (HOME position) appear on the display.

If start-up fails, an error message indicating the cause is displayed.
