ウォームを回しスプリングの張力を調整します。

 

 

ウォームを「+」側(時計回り)に回すと張力が増加し
ます。

 

 

ウォームを「-」側(反時計回り)に回すと張力が減
少します。

 

 

バランスがとれていることを確認します。

落下防止装置の解除

 

スプリング張力の弱め過ぎなどで落下防止装置が作動した場合は、工具(機器)を取り付けた状態で、ウォー

作業範囲(ストローク)の確認

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 

ストロークの範囲内で作業が行えることを確認してください。

 

各製品のストロークは「

4-2-1 

仕様」を参照してください。

 

 

ストロークの範囲が足りない場合は、バランサーの取り付け
高さを下げたり、延長ホースを使用してください。

 

 

注 記

 

 

スプリングの張力が強すぎると、バラン
サー本体やホースなどが損傷する原因
となります。

 

注 記

 

 

 

ホースを引き出し過ぎないでください。ホー
スの引き出し過ぎは、バランサー損傷の原
因となります。
