After this, enter information for the Swage range covered by the die set. Please note that the range
of the die is given by the minimum (start diameter) and maximum (end diameter) swage sizes that
are possible with the die set. These values are entered in mm. In this example, the die set swages
from 18.00mm up to 24.00mm.

The bore size depends on the geometry of the die set. In this example the bore size is 18.00mm.
The die set has been created in the controller and will be available when swaging assemblies
within the specified range of the die set. If more than one die set are available to swage the

performance of your Hydralok swaging machine
. It is vital that the
machine is regularly lubricated using a high performance
Molybdenum
Disulphide
based grease.
Lack of lubrication or the use of any other type
of lubricant may cause irreparable damage to the swaging head and it
will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
