Rotate the jog wheel to set the number of cycles until the next lubrication and press it to accept.
Quick Change (QC) Position Adjustment

The quick change tool is an electromagnetic device that allows the fast replacement of the dies
from the swaging head. The machine automatically goes to the quick change position when a new
die set is required.
For the correct functioning of the quick change tool, it is important that the tool pins slide freely
into the locator holes of the dies. Due to several factors such as temperature and wear it may be
necessary to slightly adjust the quick change setting of the machine.
To adjust the Quick Change position follow the next steps:
From the main menu, select the SETUP MENU and then select “Set Q-C Posn”
You will be prompted to confirm that you want to adjust the QC position. Do this by rotating the
jog wheel to “YES” and pressing it to confirm:
