Remove the large mandrel (Red button). The controller will request the small calibration mandrel.
Place the small mandrel into the jaws and close the jaws (Green button) in similar way as the large
mandrel.
MAINTAIN THE GREEN BUTTON PRESSED UNTIL THE MACHINE FULLY CLOSES
ONTO THE MANDREL AND THE NUMBER ON THE DISPLAY DOES NOT INCREASE,
THEN PRESS THE JOG WHEEL TO ACCEPT.
After this, remove the mandrel and press the jog wheel to finish the calibration sequence.
Display
The display contrast can be adjusted to suit the lighting conditions. From the setup menu, scroll to
Display and press the jog wheel. Rotate the jog wheel clockwise to increase and anticlockwise to
decrease the LCD contrast.
Language
To change the language of the controller, from the Setup menu navigate to Language and rotate
the jog wheel to select the language to use.
