SCSI Bus Interface

All assigned signals are terminated with 220 ohms to +5 VDC, or 180

ohms to 4.3 VDC (nominal) and 330 ohms to ground at each end of the

SCSI cable as shown in Figure 7-2.

Input Signal Characteristics

When measured at the SCSI device's connection, each signal received

by a SCSI device has the following input characteristics:

•

Signal true = 0.0 VDC to 0.8 VDC

•

Maximum total input load = -0.4 milliamps at 0.4 VDC

•

Signal false = 2.0 VDC to 5.25 VDC

•

Minimum input hysteresis = 0.2 VDC
