Note:
When unit stops or operating mode has been changed, the com-
pressor does not start working before 3 min.
When operating in Cooling mode, some frost may form on the
Indoor unit or on piping.
Please let the unit work according to the relevant manual instruc-
tions. Explain to the final user the air conditioner functioning
through the observance of the instructions manual.
Items to confirm:
Gas leakage from pipe connection?
Heat insulation treatment of pipe connection?
Are the connection wiring of indoor and outdoor unit firmly
inserted into the terminal block?
Is the connection wiring of indoor and outdoor firmly fixed?
Is drainage securely arranged?
Is the ground wire securely and firmly connected?
Is power supply voltage abided by electric code?
Is there any noise?
Does cooling perform normally?
Does room temperature regulator operate normally?
7.1 Test running
(the first start-up absolutely must occur in
Cooling mode)
Before starting the test, make sure that you have completed the fol-
lowing works correctly:
- pipes;
- Connection of electrical cables;
- Correct correspondence of the indoor and outdoor unit;
- Appropriate topping up of the coolant, if necessary;
- Make sure all the stop valves are completely open;
- Check that the voltage supplied to the outdoor unit and to the indoor
units is 230V.
- To run the test in Cooling mode, set the minimum temperature to 16
° C.
- To perform the test in heating mode, set the maximum temperature to
30 ° C.
- First test each indoor unit individually in both Cooling and Heating,
then test the simultaneous operation of all indoor units.
- After operating the unit for 20 minutes, measure the delta T of the
indoor unit.
Note:
If room temperature is lower than 16°C it will be impossible to
test the operation in Cooling mode with the remote control, as
well as if room temperature is higher than 30°C it will be impos-
sible to test the operation in Heating mode.
