Maintenance work on the ELDRO
®
device may only be conducted
only when:
−
the system is set at a standstill;
−
the system is disconnected from the power supply and secured
against restarting;
−
the movements have come to a stop;
−
the ELDRO
®
device has cooled down.
Maintenance work may only be performed by instructed trained per-
sonnel (maintenance personnel).

WARNING
Hot surface
The stored residual heat causes a risk of burns when contacting
the housing surface
– ELDRO
®
devices can reach housing surface temperatures of
up to 100 °C in continuous operation or in the high-frequency
switching mode S3.
– Before starting the maintenance work, the ELDRO® device
must cool down.
WARNING
Ejection of hydraulic oil
Risk of injury (e.g. face and eyes) caused by ejecting hydraulic oil
– Before opening the ELDRO
®
device, it must be secured
against restarting.
– Turn the filler screw only very slowly.
– Turning out and removing the filler screw is permitted only to
trained personnel.
