CAUTION
Sudden power outage or shut-off due to potentially existing c-
springs, brake springs, brake weights or other external loads.
Risk of being crushed by lifting rod
– Before disassembly of ELDRO® devices, the downstream
drive must be secured because the lifting rod retracts auto-
matically.
NOTE
The lifting rod must not be damaged or soiled, e.g. by colouration in
consequence of the overall paintwork of a complete system. In
case of disregard, the lifting rod seal will be destroyed.
NOTE
The mounting bolts on the base drill hole and on the listing rod
must be reliably secured against coming off (e.g. by means of splint
pins).
HINWEIS
The ELDRO
®
device must not be exposed to any loads in traverse
direction to the working direction. If it is installed in horizontal posi-
tion, no additional loads beside the deadweight may occur.
When replacing ELDRO
®
devices of the older type series
for de-
vices of the current type series, it is necessary to consult with
the manufacturer because of the different installation
dimen-
sions.
