Import the UDFB into PME.
The UDFB named VFD_PNS can be added to your PME project with the Import Drawer
function of the Toolchest, or the Import Block From File function of the Navigator Program
Blocks. Below is an example of the Navigator Import Block from File:

Choose the XML file named VFD_PNS.XML.

Using the UDFB in your Logic.
Insert a CALL statement in your Logic and Double-Click on Call and choose the UDFB
VFD_PNS.
