4) Connect the cables W60, W61 and W62 according to the cable labels.
Connect the L1, L2 and L3 ends of the cables W60, W61 and W62 respectively to the upper terminals of the bypass
load sharing inductors L1, L2 and L3; connect the SCR1-1, SCR2-1 and SCR3-1 ends of the cables W60, W61 and
W62 respectively to the bypass SCR terminals originally connected to the cables W54, W55 and W56.
5) Connect the cables W54, W55 and W56 respectively to the lower terminals of the bypass load sharing inductors L1,
L2 and L3.
6) Replace the side panel and rear panel of the bypass cabinet.
Note
Make sure that there are no irrelevant objects in the bypass cabinet before replacing the side panel and rear panel.
The installation is complete. If you need to turn on the UPS, refer to applicable procedures according to the actual
situation.
Installing bypass load sharing inductor of 600kVA ~ 800kVA UPS
1. Installation preparation.
1) Make sure that all installation tools are present, including a cross screwdriver, a pair of diagonal cutting pliers, a
socket spanner and an adjustable spanner.
2) Check that all installation materials are present and complete, including three bypass load sharing inductors, a
cable set (W57, W58, W59), twenty-four M12 flat washers, twelve M12 spring washers, twelve M12 hexagon nuts,
twelve hexagon head bolts M12 × 40 (for fixing the inductor terminals and cables), twenty-four M10 × 30 hexagon
head bolt, spring washer and flat washer assemblies (for fixing the copper bars of the output switch Q5 and the
bypass load sharing inductors).
2. Installation procedures.
