ADD/ERASE Button

Press to add or delete a channel from

memory.

Button

Press to display the On-screen menu function.

CLOCK/COUNTER/REMAIN Selector button

Press to cycle

between the clock, linear time tape counter and remaining tape

time modes on the display.

PLAY (2X) Button

Press to play a prerecorded tape. Press

again to advance the tape at twice the normal speed.

REW (Rewind) Button

Press in the Stop mode to rapidly wind

the tape backwards. Press in the Play mode to activate Reverse

Search.

12. STOP Button

Press to stop the tape.

PAUSE Button

Press in the Play mode to pause the tape and display a still picture on the TV screen.

TRACKING and Buttons

Press to manually adjust the tracking.

TRACKING AUTO Button

Press for automatic tracking.

Slow Speed Up and Down Buttons

Press during playback to speed up or slow down slow motion playback.

Press once to display the time, date and VCR

mode and channel on the TV screen. Press twice to display only

the clock (or tape counter, if on). Press again to remove the
display.

Press this button once to enter

CLEAR/MONITOR Button

Press to erase the last digit or to go

back to the last entry when inputting data in the menu screen. In
the Program Review menu screen, press to cancel a program.
Press this button during playback to view the channel selected on
the VCR.

Press in the Pause/Still mode to advance the tape one frame.

20. EJECT Button

Press to eject a tape.

21. F.FWD (Fast Forward) Button

Press in the Stop mode to rapidly wind the tape forwards. Press in the Play mode to

activate Forward Search.

Press to select a channel over 99.
