POWER Button
Press to turn the VCR on and off.

to adjust for softer or sharper definition. Press these buttons
during Pause mode to reduce picture shakiness.
PLAY Button
Press to play a prerecorded tape.
REW (Rewind) Button
Press in the Stop mode to rapidly wind
the tape backwards. Press in the Play mode to activate Reverse
Search.
STOP Button
Press to stop the tape.
PAUSE Button
Press in the Play mode to pause the tape and
display a still picture on the TV screen.
VCR CHANNEL/TRACKING and Buttons
Press to
manually adjust the tracking or to select a channel for viewing or
recording.
SHUTTLE Buttons (VR4450 Only)
Press to play back forward
