POWER Button
Press to turn the TV/VCR on and off.
Direct Channel Selection Buttons
Press to select any channel.
RESET Button
Press to reset the Linear Time Tape Counter to
“OHOOMOOS”.
MENU Button
Press to call up the MENU screen
100 Button
Press to select a channel over 99.
PLAY Button
Press to play a prerecorded tape.
REW (Rewind) Button
Press in the Stop mode to rapidly wind
the tape backwards. Press in the Play mode to activate Reverse
Search.
STOP/EJECT Button
Press to stop the tape. Press again to
eject the tape.
PAUSE Button
Press in the Play mode to pause the tape and
display a still picture on the TV screen.
TRACKING/VCR CHANNEL/SET A and Buttons
Press to
manually adjust the tracking or to select TV channels. Also, use
these buttons to adjust the picture modes (Contrast, Brightness,
Color, Tint and Sharpness).
Tape SPEED Button
Press to select a recording tape speed
Button
Press once for normal recording. Additional
pressed activate One-Touch Timer Recording.
F.FWD (Fast Forward) Button
Press in the Stop mode to
rapidly wind the tape forwards. Press in the Play mode to activate
Forward Search.
ENTER M (Memory) Button
Press to enter information for timer
recording, clock setting and counter memory when going to the
next step of an operation.
15. MUTE Button
Press to turn off the sound. Press again to turn the sound back on.
16. VOLUME Down Button
Press to lower the volume level.
17. VOLUME Up Button
Press to increase the volume level.
18. RECALL Button
Press to display the channel being viewed, time, VCR mode, tape speed and tape counter. Press
again to turn off the display. If the RECALL button is pressed when closed captions are being used, the captions will not
be displayed.
19. Quick View Button
Press to switch between the present channel and the last channel selected.
20. SLEEP Button
Press to set the TV to turn off automatically after up to 120 minutes.
