ORDERING SPARE PARTS

ENGLISH

8.1  ORDERING SPARE PARTS

We recommend only using original spare parts which ensure safety and replaceability. Always order spare parts at the authorized dealer or service organization
which is informed of the actual technical changes executed in the products during manufacturing. In the order, always state the serial number to enableeasy,
quick and exact identification of the needed spare part. You will find the serial number recorded on the second page of this manual cover. Also state the year
of machine production which is included on the identification plate located under the seat.

8.2 GUARANTEE

The conditions of guarantee are specified on the certificate of guarantee which is always handed over with the product by the dealer.

9.  AFTER-SEASON MAINTENANCE, MACHINE STORAGE

After the end of the season, or if the machine is not used for more than 30 days, it is advisable to prepare it immediately for the storage.
If the fuel stays in the tank without motion for more than 30 days, sticky sediment may form.
This can have an adverse effect upon the carburettor and be a cause of improperfunction of the engine.
This is the reason for emptying the tank.

Recommended procedure of preparations for storing the mowing machine:

Clean the whole machine thoroughly.

Replace the faulty or worn out parts and tighten all loosened screws and nuts.

Prepare the engine forstorage according to the engine operating and maintenance instructions.

Lubricate all lubricating points according to the lubricating plan (see section 7.6).

Slacken the V-belt of the mowing mechanism drive (see section 7.14)

Take out the accumulator, clean it, refill it with distilled water up to the lower parts of filling holes rings and charge it fully.
An uncharged accumulator may freeze and burst. Store the accumulator, if need be, in a cold and dry place.
Charge the accumulator every 30 days and check its voltage regularly.

Store the mowing machine covered in a clean and dry place.

The best way to ensure the maximum serviceability of the mowing machine for the next season is an annual check and adjustment by an authorized service.

10. MACHINE DISPOSAL

The mowing machine user is obliged to dispose of the machine after the end of its service life. This may be done in two ways:
a)

To hand the machine over to a firm which is engaged in this activity (scrap yard, car yard, etc.)
You will receive the due document of handing the machine over to the disposal.

b) To dispose the machine by yourself. In this case we recommend proceeding in the following way:

Carry out the disposal using secondary raw materials in accordance with the applicable regulations on waste materials.

Dismantle the machine completely.

Clean the parts which can be still utilized, conserve and store them for further use.

Separate the other parts to parts which are ecologically harmless and to parts endangering the environment, e.g. the rubber parts (sealing rings),
residues of lubricants in bearings or gearings. Ecologically harmful components have to be treated in accordance with the applicable regulation-
son waste materials valid in the country of the machine user, e.g. in the Czech Republic it is the Law on waste materials no. 185/2001 Coll.

Separate the disposed material according to Waste Classification in compliance with the applicable regulation. Ecologically harmless parts may
be treated as scrap.

WARNING !!!

Never store the mowing machine with the full tank inside buildings or in badly ventilated spaces where there are fuel vapours,

open fire, sparking or ignition flames, furnace, central heating, dry rags, etc.

Handle the fuels and lubricants carefully as they are highly combustible, and careless handling may cause serious burns to you or damage to the property.

Empty of the tank only into the approved vessel outdoor without open fire.
