5.10 Maintenance and Service
The
service
for
the
SonoTT
TM
Clamp-On Transducer may be carried out by
em-tec GmbH only. If these instructions are not followed, em-tec GmbH shall accept no liability for the
component and the warranty will be void.
In order to maintain the accuracy of the SonoTT
TM
Clamp-On Transducer, it is recommended to regularly carry
out re-calibrations. The time between calibrations should not exceed 24 months.
If you experience any trouble with the measurement despite following the operating instructions, or if your
SonoTT
TM
Clamp-On Transducer is damaged in any way, please contact our service department.
Please make a note of the serial number of the SonoTT
TM
Clamp on Transducer and the evaluation device
before you contact our staff.
If you need to return the SonoTT
TM
Ultrasonic FlowComputer or the SonoTT
TM
Clamp-On Transducer for
servicing, please follow the steps below:
