•
Check UHQ1 and UHQ2 are correctly installed:
UHQ1 be in front of UHQ2
Check arrows on cartridges are pointing in
direction of recirculation flow.
Check feed water for quality and CO

content.
Note: CO2 in feed water will increase ionic loading
on the UHQ1 and 2 cartridges.
•
Check dispense flow rate is >700 ml/min.
If <700ml/min replace with PUMP11647
(PUMP11855 – 110 v version)
•
Remove line cell and clean with nylon brush.
•
If faulty replace with SP292
•
Carry out re-calibration of line cell circuit – see
section 9.
•
Replace UHQ7.
•
It is very important to rinse all traces of chemicals
from the unit before connecting the UHQ1 & 2
following a sanitization. (see appendix C)

•
Replace with PUMP11647 (PUMP11855 – 110 v
version)
•
Check all tubing for kinks and re-route if
necessary.
•
Replace SP384 if faulty.
•
If the reservoir is overfilled the composite vent
filter will be wetted and this will prevent air
entering or escaping the reservoir causing an
internal vacuum or pressure build-up which will
adversely affect the dispense. Replace UHQ4.
Note: Once wetted the UHQ4 must be replaced as it
cannot be dried out successfully and re-used.
