PURELAB flex Guidelines
As a result of site feedback on the PURELAB flex, we have produced these guidelines to
circulate some of the most frequently requested information that is currently not
available in the service or operators manual. All of the information in this bulletin is
correct as per version 1.2.1 of the PURELAB flex software.
This bulletin contains the following information:
Fuses – What they do and their part numbers
Button combinations – Which to press to access menu‟s etc
The calibration of the outlet valve
The complete procedure for changing the dispense handset
PURELAB flex Fuses
The PURELAB flex PCB contains 2
fuses:
FUSE39145 – Quick Blow 3A
This fuse protects all loads
including the Pump, Solenoid
Valves and the UV ballast.
FUSE39146 – Quick Blow 2A
This fuse protects the controls
including the handset and
display.
NOTE: When troubleshooting
the system please ensure that
these fuses are checked
before replacing any
components.
