Calibration
The main power will be on while performing the calibration procedure,
please use caution
It is good practice to calibrate the system every 12 months. This must be carried out by an ELGA
trained service technician using the correct substitution (sub) boxes.
Sub boxes and adaptors required for the calibration of the PURELAB flex:

These are included with Sub
boxes 14 & 15, You do not
need to purchase these
separately.
These substitution boxes must be calibrated annually by ELGA, check the calibration label before use to
make sure they are still in date. Please contact ELGA technical support for more information.
Connecting the calibration boxes
Sub box Adaptor Connection to the PCB
All SUB boxes have a square 4-position
connector and require an adaptor to be
able to connect to the PCB. These
adaptors are available from ELGA, part
number LA738
The PCB position for connecting the
quality SUB box adaptor is „JH2‟.
The PCB position for connecting the
temperature SUB box adaptor is „JH3‟.
