Comply with these safety related
operating rules when using electric
lawn mowers.
Training
a) Read the instructions carefully.
Familiarise yourself with the controls
and the correct use of the equipment.
b) Never allow children or people who
are not familiar with these instructions
to use the machine. National rules can
limit the age of the operator.
c) Never operate the machine when
third parties, in particular children, or
animals, are nearby.
d) Keep in mind that the operator or
user is responsible for any accidents
that he may cause or dangers that he
causes other people or their property
to incur.
Preparation
a) When operating the machine,
always wear strong boots and long
trousers.
Do not operate the machine barefooted
or in sandals. Avoid wearing clothes
that are voluminous or have loose
cords, or a necktie.
b) Inspect the whole zone in which the
machine will be used and remove all
objects that it could throw up.
c) Before use, always inspect the
machine visually to detect wear or
damage to the cutter, bolts and its
assembly. Replace used or damaged
components in complete sets, so as to
keep good balancing. Replace
damaged or illegible labels.
