Getting started
1. Before using the appliance for the
first time:
Unplug the appliance.
The whisk (I), meat grinder (O)* and
slicer/shredder (P)* should only be
washed by hand in warm soapy water.
The bowl (H,T), flat beater (Q) and
dough hook (R) are dishwasher-proof.
Clean the motor unit with a damp
cloth.
Caution: Never immerse the
motor unit in water!
Let all parts dry
thoroughly.

Move speed selector (B) to “OFF“.
Place the stainless steel bowl (H,T)
on the bowl clamping plate (G).
Move the bowl clockwise to lock into
position.
Warning:
Never operate
appliance with the attachments whisk
(I), flat beater (Q) or dough hook (R)
unless the bowl (H,T) is in place.

Place the appliance on a flat surface.
Tilting the motor head (A) up:
Move the tilt head locking lever (N)

with one hand, tilt the motor
head (A) up with the other hand.
Once in up position, it locks.
Warning: Keep fingers and hands
away from areas with movable
parts.

5. Tilting the motor head (A) down:
Move the tilt head locking lever (N) to

“ with one hand, tilt the motor
head (A) down with the other hand.
Insert the plug in the mains socket.
6. Move the speed selector from
“OFF” to desired speed (1-10).
Once
mixing is complete, turn the speed
selector (B) to “OFF“ and unplug the
appliance.
To avoid splashing, place the pouring
shield (S) on top on the bowl (H,T)
before adding in the ingredients.
4. Place an attachment on the
attachment shaft (Q):
Align the slot
at the top of the attachment with
the pin on the attachment shaft
(Q). Push attachment up and turn it
anti-clockwise until the pin is locked
into position. To remove attachment,
move it clockwise and pull off.
