5.4.2. Internal memory - RAM
The size of the internal RAM of the microcontroller is 96KB. Due to its high consumption, the internal RAM is not
backed up.
5.4.3. Internal memory - FLASH
The program is stored in the internal flash memory of the microcontroller - 512KB. Preprogramming the flash is possib-
le through the JTAG interface.
5.4.4. RTC circuit
The internal circuit of the microcontroller, backed up by the VRAM voltage. For correct functioning the circuit needs
an external crystal 32,768kHz, CL=6pF.
5.4.5. RESET
The correct functioning of the microcontroller after switching on/loss of power is secured by an internal resetting
circuit and for the input RESETINn an external resetting signal generated by the NL3 circuit is led in.
