Note!
In the case of stencil printing, the squeegee touches the stencil. Both
squeegees function as printing squeegees and both have the same set-
tings.
In the case of screen printing, one squeegee functions as the flooding
squeegee and the other as the printing squeegee. When adjusting the
flooding squeegee, use a piece of paper to ensure that there is just
enough clearance between the edge of the squeegee and the screen.
The printing squeegee must be adjusted according to the requirements of
the respective printing process. If the snap-off distance is changed, the
squeegee depth must also be corrected.
Select the SQUEEGEE UP/DOWN function.

The squeegee blade is raised.
Close the cover.
Select the PRINT function to change the printing direction.
Deactivate the PRINT function by releasing the function button as
soon as the squeegee unit has reached the middle of the stencil.
Select the SQUEEGEE UP/DOWN function.

The second squeegee blade is lowered.
Use the down stop micrometer to adjust the down stop of the squee-
gee.
Select the SQUEEGEE UP/DOWN function.
⇒
The squeegee blade is raised.
Activate the function BASIC POSITION.
⇒
The axes move to the basic position.
⇒
The PCB is moved out.
