is displayed for three seconds when you
insert a test strips.
You need to confirm or change the code
after 24 tests.
Confirm the code if it remains the same.
Alternatively, enter the code for the new
test strip container.
Time display
Time displayed with black background
The date and time were not set when
the device was configured/reset.
Set the date and time.
Device fails
to turn on
Device fails to turn on
Device fails to turn on, either in
configuration and display mode or in
standby mode.
Change the batteries.
If the problem persists, please contact the
