HDMI HPD Control

When a PC is connected via the HDMI connector, the screen
may not be displayed depending on the device. If this happens,
set this function to “On”.
-
Auto PbyP Resolution
On
Off
This product automatically changes the resolution according to
the screen layout when changing to PbyP display.
Set this function to “Off” to prevent the resolution from changing
automatically when changing to PbyP display. In this case,
change the resolution manually. (For the recommended screen
resolutions in PbyP display, see
.)
•
If the resolution does not change correctly during
PbyP display, it is recommended to change this
setting to “Off”.
DiplayPort 1 (Ver.)
DiplayPort 2 (Ver.)
1.1
1.2
When a PC is connected via a DisplayPort connector, the screen
may not be displayed due to DisplayPort version differences with
the PC. If this happens, select the signal that is not displayed
(DisplayPort 1 or DisplayPort 2), and change this setting to “1.1”.
•
If “1.1” is set, the resolution of 3840 × 2160 (60 Hz)
cannot be displayed.
USB Power Save
On
Off
This product can disable USB communication with a PC when
the monitor enters power saving mode or when the monitor is
turned off. Disabling USB communication can reduce power
consumption in power saving mode.
When this function is set to “Off”, USB connections can be left
enabled even when the monitor enters power saving mode or
when the monitor is turned off.
•
When this function is set to “On”, make sure to
disconnect any communication between connected
USB devices and the PC before turning off the
monitor. If storage devices, such as a USB flash
drive, are connected, turning off the monitor before
completing communication may result in data loss
or damage to storage devices.
•
When this function is set to “On”, the monitor
cannot be controlled using software, such as
“ScreenManager Pro”, when the monitor is in power
saving mode or when the monitor is turned off.
•
When this function is set to “Off”, power
consumption is higher in power saving mode and
when the monitor is turned off.
On-Screen Logo

Off
When the monitor is turned on, the EIZO logo appears on the
screen.
When this function is set to “Off”, the EIZO logo does not appear.
