Procedure for Measuring Paper White
The target value of a white point and the target brightness can be set by measuring the light that is
reflected from the paper.
NOTE
•
The following measurement device enables paper white measurement

Click [Measure the target...] on the configuration window

Select "EPSON Photo paper" on the mode selection window

Initialize the measurement device
The initialization window of the measurement device will open. Click [Initialize...]. Initialize the
measurement device according to the instructions.
Initialization takes a few seconds.
NOTE
•
Be sure that light does not seep through to the sensor of the measurement device during
initialization. Precise calibration results cannot be obtained if light is detected during the
initialization process.
