- Use the counting bus without the trailer to simplify the game.
- Stimulate the children to use the structure of the counting
bus as much as possible.
- Write down or stamp the maths you are making.
- Place 10 seats just like bus seats. Use the stop-cards with the
green frame and let passengers (children) get on and off the
bus. The driver will hold a small talk with each passenger
who gets on and gets off the bus and counts the number of
children in the bus.

Place the counting bus in the circle. Use the stop-cards
to indicate how many passengers get on and off the bus.
The stop-cards with the green frame contain additions
and subtractions until 5. The stop-cards with the red frame
contain additions and subtractions until 10.
