USE INSTRUCTIONS
By powering the system, the display will light up and will display
the EDILKAMIN logo (fig. 2).
EWS works both in automatic
and manual mode; in any case, it is based on pre-calibrated
power levels
P1, P2, P3 . For every power, the system will move
the air and smoke gate, in order to pursue the smokes aimed
temperature. In this way, as well as consuming the correct
amount of fuel, it will not exceedingly heat the rooms.
To switch on the system, firstly press key .
The display will show ON and a blip will sound; the igniting
phase subsequently activates by displaying START . (fig. 3)
The chimney waits that the smoke temperature overcomes
a certain value, once exceeded it enters the MANUAL or
AUTOMATIC working modality.
But if after a certain time, the smoke temperature should remain
low, the system will enter a state of passive safety:
STOP FIRE .
(fig. 4) To exit, firstly press the key and switch on the
system again. Once on, the display will show all the necessary
information.
The flame indicates the power in manual mode in which the
chimney is working; by pressing the key
access is gained to
the power selection menu: from P1 to P3 to then indicate the
automatic functioning. In automatic, the system will pursue the
aimed temperature by autonomously selecting the power value
P1 , P2 or P3 . (fig. 6) The aimed temperature is set by pressing
the button .
On the main screen, the aimed temperature is indicated in the
centre in large characters, whereas the one read by the room
probe, is reported in small characters and buttons (fig. 5). The
room probe is positioned on the small panel; the client may wish
to position the probe somewhere else.
By contacting the dealer, you can have another probe inserted
anywhere in the installation or ducting room.
EWS is also equipped with an electronically managed fan
system. It is possible to select the fan power on three levels: V1 ,
V2 , V3 . The automatic modality also exists which, depending
on the smokes temperature, continuously modulates from 0% to
100% of power (fig. 7).
The selection of the power levels is carried out by pressing the
key
.
When the wood load is about to finish, the system becomes
aware of the fact and displays the loading message on the
display.
