INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
AIR INLET CONNECTION
The connection with the outside section equal 120 cm
2
useful passage (ø 12.5 cm) is absolutely necessary
for the good functioning of the hearth, it must therefore be realised.
In case of use for long periods with hearth open, a supplementary air inlet of a further 120 cm
2
useful
passages must be provided.
It is advisable to apply a protection grill outside the air inlet conduit, which must not however reduce the useful section
passage.
• N NATURAL VERSION
The 12.5 cm fitting to be installed on one of the two sides or lower than the hearth, must be directly connected with the outside.
The connection can be realised with flexible aluminium pipe, being careful to seal the points where air loss may verify.
The external air must be captured at floor level (it cannot come from above).
• Whenever the air volume results scarce and the type of building in which the chimney is installed particularly air sealed, it will
be necessary to install a supplementary air inlet of 120 cm
2
(ø12.5 cm) as said above.

INSTALLATION (Fig. A-B)
- Position box (1) very close to the hearth (near the right, left side or
at the rear, if there is space).
- Connect mouth (3) with the outside using a pipe with a diameter
of 20 cm, accurately avoiding any air loss.
- Apply a protection grill on the outside against insects.
- Only open the two air inlets to be used, provided on both sides of
the shell, eliminating the pre-engraved lids.
Apply the two fittings R2 (7) provided on the air inlets tightening the
appropriate screws in the prearranged holes.
- Connect the two outlets of the two way fitting ( 2 ) with the R2 (7)
fittings using the 14 cm (6) aluminium extensible pipe pieces.
- Ensure that ( with appropriate passages / slots on the covering)
the fan (4) can suck the room air through the inlet(8).
- This preparation is very important to avoid that the
fan only sucks the external air (cold) with consequent difficulty in
heating it to the required temperature.
- The inlet facing the room can be finished with appropriate grill
(ex. G7)
- connect fan ( 4 ) to the electronic board (1) using clamps (M) and
(F)
- position the synoptic panel (5) boxed in an electric box or outside
on the wall with the appropriate support carter
- extend the wire with plug to the current socket
- mount the covering to the beam, therefore build the false hood
with panels in plaster as follow:
