Use
Adjust the saddle to a comfortable height using
the height adjustment knob (f).
Adjust the tension as required using the tension
control knob (d).
Adjust the straps on the pedals to fit your feet.
Sit on the saddle, place your feet on the pedals
and grip the handlebars. If you want to use the
pulsimeter function on the computer, you must
position your hands over the sensors (b).
Pedal and do not remove your feet from the pedals
until they have stopped completely.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start pedalling.
It switches off automatically when the bike has
been inactive for several minutes.
Press the MODE button to choose between the
following functions:
SCAN
Alternates automatically between the various
display modes.
TIME
Shows the time you have been cycling.
SPEED
Shows the speed you are cycling.
DIST
Shows the distance you have covered.
CAL
Shows your kcal burning level.
TOTAL DIST
Shows the distance covered in total on the exercise
bike.
PULSE
Shows your pulse rate. Remember to keep both
hands over the sensors on the handlebars.
Press and hold the MODE button to reset the
computer.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Wipe the bike down regularly with a well-wrung
cloth.
Check the condition of the bike regularly and
tighten any bolts, screws and nuts as necessary.
Environmental information
You can help protect the environment!
Follow the applicable environmental
regulations. Dispose of unwanted
electrical equipment at an approved
refuse disposal centre.
Remove the batteries before disposing
of the product.
