5-1) Plug the furnace into an exclusive and of good quality socket which should be
correctly grounded to a copper rod and never to the electrical network neutral. Check if the
network voltage is the same as the one in the equipment, which is shown on the power
cable label or printed at the furnace backside. Pic-1 item (01).
5-2) Turn the main switch on Pic-1 item (3) and wait for the equipment to start-up. The first
screen to be shown has the data for the programs versions. Ex-1.

System start up - step by step
5-3) The following screen shows the initializations and check-up for the entire system and
a scroll will keep running across the screen while you perform the initial configurations.

5-4) After the checking-up is done, the system loads the ceramic standard no. 01 recipe
and will keep waiting for the next instruction by the operator. We remind you this recipe will
be the base for new recipes and the program does not allow it to be erased. Ex-30
5-5) The furnace must not start the heating process without the heating spool put on the
tray, otherwise the sealing ring and the tray will be seriously damaged. Use adequate
accessories according to the wanted procedures PIC-4 e PIC-5.
