15-7) KEY - GRAVA:- Activate the GRAVA key to save into the control memory a new
recipe. Choose the number, the name and activate the GRAVA key once again to confirm
the operation.
15-8) SETAS :- Use the right and left arrows to scroll among the selected digits during the
programming stage and also to activate the argon fields filling, cooling and auto start.
15-9) KEY - OK:- This key is used to scroll among the selected digits during the
programming stage and also to confirm the receipting of messages in general.
15-10) KEY - ENVIA : This key is used when we want to send a new recipe to the furnace
manually or when we alter just one datum and we want it to be performed. We remind you
that the ENVIA function occurs automatically every time that we move to the monitoring
screen.
15-11) KEY - START STOP:- This key has double function, when it is activated with the
muffle opened it will be interpreted as START, when activated with the muffle closed it will
be interpreted as STOP.
15-12) KEY - ARGON:- This function allows the washing with argon automatically at the
beginning of the burn process, activate the PROGRAMA key until you reach (tela 4) and
confirm the ARGON function with the LEFT ARROW filling the relative field.
15-13) KEY - RESFR:- This function helps with the forced cooling between burn
processes, using the vacuum pump to circulate cold air in the muffle helping with the heat
exchange. Activate the PROGRAMA key until it reaches (tela 4) and confirm the ARGON
function with the LEFT ARROW filling the relative field.
15-14) KEY - NIGHT:- This key allows that the furnace is kept in a resting state while it is
not being used. Ex. at night, it keeps the muffle semi closed at a temperature of 100ºC.
15-15) KEY - AUTO START:- It allows the beginning of a new burn process without
having to wait until the temperature reaches T1. Ex. After turning the furnace on, program
it, place the piece to be burned and activate AUTO START. The process will be performed
automatically.
15-16) KEY - SOBE:- It allows the electric elevator activation at the SOBE function with
the operator touching. When activated it will remain on until the operator touches it again
to interrupt the operation. It is turned off automatically when it reaches the end of high
course. To program drying values, use the PROGRAMA key (tela-5) and type the desired
value, check the times table below.
15-17) KEY - DESCE:- It allows the electric elevator activation at the SOBE function with
the operator touching. When activated it will remain on until the operator touches it again
to interrupt the operation. It is turned off automatically when it reaches the end of low
course. To program slow exit values, use the PROGRAMA key (tela-5) and type the
desired value, check the times table below.
