6-4) After the standard ceramic recipe is read, the system returns to the monitoring
screen automatically. EX- 11
6-5) To start programming a new recipe, activate the PROGRAMA key and the display will
show the message TELA1, the cursor will be flashing over the field that refers to the
temperature T1=600. At this stage, we have two options. We can simply type the new
values on the fields which have been already filled or clean up all the values by using the
LIMPA REC key for typing in the empty fields. EX-12.
Note:
For CONVENTIONAL CERAMIC recipe EX-1, we will use the empty fields
activating the LIMPA REC function.
6-6) On TELA-1, with the fields empty, the cursor will be flashing over the field T1=0000.
Type the new value T1=0600 following the conventional ceramic model EX-6 step-by-
step.
Activate the PROGRAMA key again and a new screen TELA-2 will be shown, and the
cursor will be flashing over the field T2=000. Type the new value T2=960 and confirm
using the OK key. Next, the cursor will flash over the velocity field VEL2=000, type the new
value VEL2=55 and confirm using the OK key.
