E. Installing Rear Facing
To Remove LATCH Belt
From Vehicle Anchor
Press down firmly on
LATCH adjuster side of
base and press the LATCH
adjuster release button to
release the tension in the
belt.

Unhook the LATCH
hooks from vehicle anchor
bar by squeezing the
spring lever, push LATCH
hook into the vehicle seat
bight and twist hook off
the anchor bar.

Store LATCH
1.
Do not use LATCH along with the vehicle
lap or lap/shoulder belt. Store LATCH
when using the vehicle belts.
Check the vehicle belt before each use.
Use only if the belt is tightened properly
and securely.
Failure to follow these warnings can
result in serious injury or death.
Place Base in Vehicle
Rear Facing
Center the base in the
chosen seating position.
